It was five years ago today that I lost my mom. Sometimes is seems like yesterday, other times it feels like a lifetime ago. She influenced my life in so many ways that when I lost her, I felt lost for several months.Time does help, but there is a void that cannot be filled by another person. I am so happy that I was fortunate to have her for a mom.
And I miss her..a lot.
